Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, email support@xlts.world with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for size or style where stock is available. Email support@xlts.world to request an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and digital products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@xlts.world and we will make it right at no cost to you.
