Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

International Shipping We ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. XLTS is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Stolen Packages XLTS is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at support@xlts.world.
